Have you heard of Project Babylon? It was an attempt by Saddam Hussein to build a supergun that was so powerful and so large that it would be a constant threat to Israel. Hussein commissioned a Canadian artillery expert, Gerald Bull, to come to Iraq and build the supergun - or really, I should say superguns, since there were multiple prototypes.
